(July 24, 2009) M.M.C. Ferdinandos, the Secretary of the Ministry of Power and Energy says that the high tension power lines of Northern Province that were demolished during the period of conflict will be renovated with the assistance of the Japan (JAICA) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).
Tenders are to be called before September, he says.
